MATTAWAN, October 11, 2007: MPI
Research, a global provider of preclinical
drug discovery and development services for
the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries,
will have an active role at the AusBiotech
2007 National Conference being held at the
Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Center
in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia from October
21 through October 24. The company will present
a half-day educational seminar, Aiming
for Preclinical Success, on October
21 from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm on the mezzanine
level of the convention center.
The program will feature several scientific authorities, including Dave Serota,
PhD, DABT, Vice President of Toxicology and Pathology and member of the senior
management team at MPI Research, as well as Fred Reno, PhD, an internationally
renowned consulting toxicologist with over 35 years of experience in various
aspects of preclinical drug development, developing strategies for product safety
evaluation, and working with regulatory agencies. They will be joined by other
experts in the field, and will collectively address the multiple factors involved
in optimizing the CRO selection and management process, analytical/bioanalytical
issues, and the regulatory process. Although program attendance is complimentary
to conference attendees, preregistration at www.ausbiotech2007.com.au is
necessary due to limited space. Additionally, MPI Research looks forward to greeting
conference attendees at booths 125 and 128.
