Located in State College, PA with a scientific staff of 90+, Exygen Research provides high quality contract analytical services to the pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, and related industries.

MPI Research, a full service contract research organization providing a broad spectrum of preclinical research services to the same industries as Exygen, is undergoing a growth initiative in response to customer demand. The purchase of Exygen allows them to offer an expanded range of analytical capabilities. Exygen Research will continue to operate from its State College location, and will assume the management of all analytical services including those offered at the Mattawan site. The only anticipated change resulting from the acquisition is that customers currently doing business with Exygen will now have access to an expanded range of preclinical drug discovery and development research services. Rick Grazzini, PhD, President of Exygen Research, states, "Our customers will not see a change in the quality and timeliness of service that they have become accustomed to receiving from us. We will continue to provide the attention to detail and customer responsiveness for which we are known. Additionally, we are very pleased that we can now offer an expanded service platform, which will further enhance our ability to meet the research needs of our customers.”
