| MPI Research continues
to enhance ADME capabilities! |
MPI Research announced today that the enhancement
of the ADME Laboratory is ready to serve
its Sponsors. Under the direction of Craig
Struble, Ph.D., MPI Research can conduct
a full range of studies in support of both
discovery and development projects. As the
industry standard, whole-body radiograph
tissue excision is still accepted; however,
we can customize study designs based on sponsors’ needs.
Most of the specialized studies include absorption
studies whereby radiochemicals are used to
identify and define results to suit the clients
specifications or requirements. Fetal transfer
studies with tissue distribution are conducted
to support NCE package requirements. We can
also produce radioactive dose preparations
and custom radio purity analysis for dose
preparations on site.
James Laveglia, Ph.D., Executive Vice President
and Director of Research, commented, “Our
ADME laboratory can support your high throughput
drug discovery research programs.”
MPI Research exists to provide non-clinical
research that meets the requirements of pharmaceutical,
animal health and chemical companies as well
as governmental agencies, as they develop
products for a healthier world. MPI employees
specialize in a wide variety of scientific
disciplines including toxicology, pharmacology,
metabolism, pathology, clinical pathology,
reproductive and developmental biology, veterinary
science, neuroscience, analytical chemistry,
computer science, regulatory science, and
statistics.
